So, we watched yesterday’s Michigan-Oregon game in glorious HD yesterday.

Michigan got stomped. At home, in front of 112,000 fans. I’m not even going to post the score, ‘cause it’s too painful. And this is one week after losing to Appalachian State. Excuse me? Appalachian State? I remember looking at the game in progress last week –I was confused when I saw “APP vs. MICH", and it didn’t get any better when they spelled it out. Who the heck is Appalachian State? (I know, Google is wonderful, but…I’m lazy, and don’t really want to know.)

Well, it takes a real fan to keep cheering in these circumstances. And, kind of surprising to me, I think I’m going to end up a real fan. I plan to keep watching the Michigan games. Maybe I’ll even replace my Expedition 15 work lanyard with my Michigan lanyard. Ought to be fun. Who are we going to lose to next? Bring ‘em on!
