M Go Blue!

We were in Michigan this past weekend, and made it to the Michigan-Notre Dame game in A^2 (A squared, aka Ann Arbor). Mom and Tim went with us, and we managed to pick up tickets in the same section. Good seats: in the end zone, first row for them and row 18 for us. Yay, the Big House! (I’ve had “It’s great…to be…a Mich-i-gan Wol-ver-ine!” stuck in my head for a few days now…) We even stood around on Elbel Field and watched the band form up outside Revelli Hall, then followed them to the stadium. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve done that before. The weather was great, too – in Michigan parlance, it was football weather! (To the native Houstonian, it was perhaps a tad bit chilly: low to mid 60’s.)

Of course, now we really must get to a UT game. It’s only fair, right? :p

Oh, right, almost forgot: Michigan 38, Notre Dame zip. MUCH better than the last two weeks.
