Drat.
So, we planned to go up to the Texas Renaissance Festival today. Then I got a phone call at 7:45 this morning from Mission Control. The other OSO on call this weekend had gotten called in at midnight, and was just getting off shift. Did I mind if she put me on call today, so she could get some sleep?
No, of course I don’t mind. However, the Ren Fest is about a 90 minute drive from work…a little too far to get into work quickly should I get called. So, we’ll go another weekend. It’s such a beautiful day…
