Dents be gone!
We took the Trans Am to the Dent Guy today to get a few pesky door dings removed. Well, it took 4.5 hours (we left and came back), but the dents are now gone! Yay! And for much cheaper than traditional body work. Basically he pushes the dent out from the back using a variety of metal tools. We asked if he could do the same on the Suburban, and he laughed. Apparently you need a shiny surface to work with, since he uses reflections to tell where the tool is working. And the Suburban is many things, but shiny is not one of them.
Oh well. Next time, we’ll see if we can get the Sunfire worked on.

He shows up every few weeks at the Splish-Splash car wash next to Mamacitas. Keep an eye on their billboard for which weekend. Of course that will now be much more difficult since we all now take the bypass home.
